Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a system of exercises and mobility drills that is designed to improve range of motion and your ability to control movement. FRC helps improve both passive and active range of motion limitations in joints, helps control your range of motion by building a stronger neuromuscular connection once new range of motion is achieved, and gives your body the ability to move better as a whole. Dr. Poland uses FRC to help improve dysfunctional movement patterns that may be causing pain or limitations, as well as a tool for patient education on how to improve their movements outside of the office on their own.
